Shipping & Returns


Free Shipping Worldwide

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered worldwide, with the exception of certain countries which we are not able to ship to. The countries that we do ship to are listed in the table below.

Import Duties & Local Taxes

In the event of any import duties or additional taxes or fees being levied by your local authorities upon delivery, these will need to be paid by you to the relevant authorities directly.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 12pm, AEST time (Sydney, Australia), on Business Days will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed during the next Business Day. We will endeavour to ship all orders within two Business Days of receiving your order.

Delivery Tracking

All orders will be shipped with a unique tracking number. As soon as your order has been despatched, we will send you an email notifying you of the shipping details and tracking number.

Business Days & Holidays

Business Days means normal working days, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm AEST time zone and excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and all official public holidays in Sydney, Australia.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about any items purchased, you can return them to us for either a refund or exchange, provided the following 3 rules of returns, item(s) are met:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the item(s) and your return shipping tracking number/advice of return is emailed to us to prove this;
    2. Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached, and in the original packaging which must be in original condition.
    3. Item(s) are returned at your cost, preferably using a traceable method (tracking number) because lost goods are not our responsibility.

If your item matches all of these conditions, you can lodge a return for full ‘product’ refund or exchange for an item of the same value.

*The above return policy is in addition to and does not affect the statutory rights you have under the Australian consumer Law.


Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund request has been approved or not.

If approved, we will refund the sale price paid minus AUD$25 for original shipment costs to you.
The refund will not include any return shipping costs unless you are claiming for damaged or defective items returned under warranty. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment used to purchase the Items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of your request being approved, please contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at team@isson.com.au


We will replace, free of charge, any items that are either inherently defective, or are in a damaged condition when you receive them. If you wish to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same but 'new' replacement item, please check the “Exchange” box on the return slip provided with your order and enclose it with all other documentation in the return package. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of item(s).

If you want to exchange your item for another item (not under a warranty claim) please check the “Refund” box on the return slip provided with your order and enclose it with all other documentation in the return package. Once your refund request has been approved, please select a new item from our website and follow the check-out process as usual. This must be done with 14 days of receipt of item(s).

Except where your sunglasses are defective, you will be responsible for any expenses in returning item(s) to us and subsequent re-shipping costs (for example if the item is not deemed defective, or the item was returned outside the 14 days period) collecting them. 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please cut out the return address displayed on the return slip provided with your order and stick it on the return package.

Make sure the package contains all items to be returned along with their tags still attached, and include any cases, bags, and accessories that your items may have been supplied with.

Complete the information required on the return slip and enclose it in the return package, along with all other original documentation, packing slips and invoices.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs on returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are returned under warranty. If you are exchanging an item under warranty, we will refund the return shipping costs and pay for sending any replacement items to you.

Always use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance on all returns, as we cannot process exchanges, refunds and warranty returns until they have been received for at our return address.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order, without charge, at any time up until it has been despatched. To cancel an order, please email your cancellation request to us at team@isson.com.au. If we receive your email before your order has been despatched, we will cancel the order and confirm cancellation with you by email.

Warranty Period

If your sunglasses are defective within 12 months of purchase, please send an email with images of the defect(s). We may accept this as proof and not require the item to be returned.

Please email us at team@isson.com.au and quote your order number and/or proof of purchase.

If we need to sight the frame in order to approve the Warranty, you will need to return the item(s) together with the proof of purchase, and you will be reimbursed the postage costs if deemed a warranty issue. If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the defect is deemed to be the result of misuse, you will be liable to pay the shipping costs back to you.

If covered by the manufacturing and materials warranty, we will replace them and if no longer in stock we will give you a refund or credit that you can use towards another sunglass on our site (your choice). Unfortunately, we don't offer spare parts or repair services.

Always use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance on all returns, as we cannot process exchanges, refunds and warranty returns until they have been received for at our return address.

Quality Assurance

Our frames and lenses meet strict quality checks from suppliers, manufacturers and at the point of despatch.

Isson sunglasses comply with the most stringent testing standards for UV protection, lens clarity and frame materials. Isson sunglasses meet the Australian/New Zealand, EU and US standards for sunglasses.

We use German hinges and Italian acetates which are lightweight, aesthetically beautiful and adjustable to the wearer unlike injection molded frames.

From concept to reality, each Isson sunglass takes around 10 months to make and involves countless hours of craftsmanship to make, assemble and finish each frame.

Isson goes to great length to check the stock and orders before despatch, with 2 people checking the sunglasses for defects and a third to check that orders are correctly despatched.

Please note: scratched/chipped frames and lenses are not deemed defects unless received that way. Frames and lenses are susceptible to scratching if misused, dropped etc.. Just as a automobile's paintwork gets damaged by scrapes, collisions and dirty sponges when washing. Please be careful with your sunglasses, they’re not indestructible!
